You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges after this period.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received
Must be returned in the original packaging
A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email to confirm it has arrived and let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within a few business hours.

- Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same one, contact us and we’ll guide you through the process.
